ORCHESTRAS & ENSEMBLES INVOLVED: Serenade Orchestra, Concert Orchestra, Percussion Ensemble

TRANSPORTATION: You will need to provide your own transportation to and from the Clifton Center.

PERFORMANCE AREA: Stage

CHAIRS, STANDS: Chairs will be provided. YOU MUST BRING A STAND!

CAMERAS AND/OR TELEVISION: Possibly

MEALS AND/OR RECEPTIONS: None

DRESS: Formal Dress. Black. See Handbook for details.

DOORS OPEN AT: 3:30 pm

TICKET PRICES: $13.00 for adults, $10 for seniors (60+), $5.00 for students age 6-21, free for children under 6. Pre-sale for tickets is now underway. Tickets may also be purchased at the door.

LOADING PERSONNEL AND LOADING TIMES: Mark Tate will assign load out and load in.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Members are not allowed to miss the dress rehearsal on March 14. If you miss this rehearsal you are not allowed to perform in the concert.

11:15 am Percussion Ensemble arrives for load-in
12:00 – 1:30 pm Percussion Ensemble rehearses on stage
1:30 pm Concert Orchestra arrives
1:45 – 2:30 pm Concert Orchestra rehearses on stage
2:30 pm Serenade Orchestra arrives
2:45 – 3:30 pm Serenade Orchestra rehearses on stage
3:30 pm Doors open
4:00 pm Performance begins
