Ben Keeton
- President
Bio
Ben is Senior Vice President at RunSwitch PR and the Owner/Publisher of Medical News. He specializes in healthcare advocacy by helping organizations tell their story and facilitating relationship building. He is the father of a cellist in the LYO and is a proud alum. When he is not working, Ben is either sailing, making pizza or enjoying supporting his daughter’s activities.
Evelyn Loehrlein

Bio
Evelyn is Principal Flute of the Huntsville (Ala.) Symphony Orchestra, and has also played with the Nashville Symphony, the Louisville Orchestra, and Louisville Ballet. Her twenty-eight-year arts management career includes senior staff roles with the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra and the Sewanee (Tenn.) Summer Music Festival. Mother of three grown sons and grandmother to little Estelle, Evelyn bakes bread, trains her standard poodle Rex, and volunteers for Hosparus Health in her spare time.
Stephanie Martin

Bio
Stephanie is a mom to three children who are active in the arts, including a daughter currently playing violin in LYO. She is an attorney and formerly practiced with the Kentucky Legislative Research Commission and then worked for a major healthcare company. She has been actively involved in supporting LYO, the Louisville Youth Choir, the Youth Performing Arts School, and is a frequent attendee at arts events in Louisville. She enjoys reading, baking, and travel with her family.
Holli Christman
Bio
Holli is an independent marketing and strategy consultant, specializing in brand equity, strategy and advertising. After living and working in Ohio and Colorado, she returned to her home state of Kentucky in 2020. As a proud alum of the LYO, she is thrilled to be working with the organization in a new capacity. Holli is a member of the Louisville Civic Orchestra and a string quartet, and has volunteered with the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts. She loves traveling and spending time with her husband (Erik), two children (Jackson and Kait), and they’re overly affectionate and lazy Labrador, Winston.
Jimica Howard
Bio
Jimica Howard, PhD is the principal of Shelby Academy. In her 20 years as an educator in JCPS, she has been an Elementary School Teacher, Counselor, and Assistant Principal, and a Middle School Assistant Principal. Dr. Howard is passionate about social justice and equity in education and is devoted to providing every student with the access and opportunity they need to achieve the excellence they deserve. Her preferred areas of study are Instructional Leadership, School Turnaround, Education Policy, and Anti-Racist Pedagogy. She is also an avid reader of Afrofuturism, loves puzzles and podcasts, and makes a pound cake that might be better than your granny’s. She also is an artist and a staunch advocate for the arts. Her “instrument” of choice is her voice. She is a natural soprano but also sings alto and first tenor.
Mary-Rose Hulsey
Bio
Mary-Rose is a Senior Vice President with Republic Bank. She is a Senior Business Banking Officer working with business owners to help them with their financial needs. She is married to Joe and they have 2 children. She enjoys relaxing by the pool, traveling, and watching her children’s activities.

Bio
Ed is Vice President of Information Sciences at American Hospital Directory (AHD.com). He works just hard enough to reassure himself that his mind is still functional analyzing CMS public use data to compile hospital statistics.
Kati Parrish
Bio
Kati is Vice President/Account Service at Current360 with over 25 years of experience managing all aspects of her clients’ marketing. She is driven by data and knows how to use it to drive results. She is a wife and mother but most importantly she is Kiki to the two best grandkids on the planet!
Paul Shoemaker
Bio
Paul is Founder and CEO of American Hospital Directory, an online data and information resource for hospital analytics. Founded in 1996, ahd.com is one of the nation’s first internet-based businesses. Paul has been an LYO Board Member for more than 35 years and is deeply devoted to its mission. His leisure interests include woodworking, gardening, and spoiling grandchildren.
Kyle Vaughn
Bio
Kyle Vaughn is the co-founder of the law firm Vaughn Petitt Legal Group, PLLC, which is a full-service firm with 9 attorneys and 15 employees. Kyle is an experienced litigator with substantial experience representing individuals and businesses in matters involving labor and employment law, personal injury, contract law, civil rights violations, and real property disputes. More importantly, Kyle is married to Kate McCall Vaughn and together they have two children ages 4 and 5.
Cindy Watson
Bio
Cindy is a private teacher (viola, violin, cello) and freelance violist in Louisville. She began working with the board as volunteer coordinator when her son joined the LYO in 2017. Several of her private students are or have been LYO members, as well. Outside of music, she enjoys cooking and gardening.
