Discovery Concert is LYO’s free educational field-trip concert for elementary and middle school students.  School groups may register to bring their students below.  Audience members attend as part of a school group.  Additionally, bus subsidies are available for Title 1 Schools to help defer the cost of transportation.  For more information on bus subsidies, email info@lyo.org

Discovery Concert Registration

To register for the 2024 Discovery Concert at Brown Theatre on Monday, November 25 at 10:30am.

Only elementary and middle schools are eligible to attend Discovery Concert.

Please share the maximum number of students that you intend to bring. We understand that there will be students who are sick or unable to attend with little to no notice. That being said, please do not grossly overestimate your reservation. Every empty seat is a missed opportunity for a student that was a turned away.
We hope to maximize the student experience. Please only bring the required number of adults to appropriately chaperone your students. We hope to maximize the number of seats occupied by student audience members.
School Bus Subsidy(Required)
Title 1 Schools are eligible to receive up to $400 to defray or cover the cost of transportation. Please indicate your desire to be considered for this program. Our office will in touch post haste.
Please describe any special accommodations your students may require (i.e. wheelchair access, service animals, etc.)
